Held in conjunction with the UWA IEEE Student Branch, the Student Networking Forum is a careers fair for all branches of Engineering and Computer Science. It is an excellent chance to get vacation or graduate employment, as well as meet representatives from over 30 of the best engineering companies in Australia.
Held annually in August, it attracts over 200 students and tickets go fast. More information will be available closer to the date.
Feel like challenging your lecturers on the sports ground? The sports event is for you. Scheduled for March the sports event gives you the chance to beat your lecturers at various indoor sports, including
To graduate Engineering at Curtin you are required to have first aid training. We organise cheap training to take place once a year. You never know when you may need to assist someone.

We are planning to hold fortnightly presentations on Science, Technology and Engineering. We will cover events such as the DARPA Grand Challenge. More information will be available in the Calendar.
We will be giving a brief introduction to electronics, covering schematics, breadboarding and soldering which will be run over 4 consecutive weeks. While it is not essential, attending this workshop will make your labs easier. The workshop will be held in Semester One and more information will be available on the events page closer to the date.
